Remove deprecated <admin/gettableFiles> support in solrconfig

    Description

      When ShowFileRequestHandler was added in SOLR-142 , <admin><gettableFiles> was deprecated for backwards compatibility.

      This was in Solr 1.3.0 so we can go ahead and remove SolrCore#initDeprecatedSupport altogether I believe.
