[SOLR-7100] SpellCheckComponent should throw error if queryAnalyzerFieldType provided doesn't exist

Description

If you typo or otherwise mess up the queryAnalyzerFieldType setting in solrconfig.xml for the spellcheck component, you will not get an error. Instead, the code falls back to the default (WhitespaceTokenizer). This should really be an error.
