Description

Add a few trivial tests to search for pseudo field retrieval with distributed search, currently only non-distrib is tested with TestPseudoReturnFields.

Currently the only place which kinda trips it (unintentionally) if you muck with the distributed part of it alone is a test in TermVectorComponentDistributedTest.
