Lib relative path is incorrect for techproduct configset

      Description

      The lib statements in the sample_techproducts_configs's solrconfig.xml don't have enough parent directories included by one level.

      They work with the startup script because those paths are only used when solr.install.dir is not set. They fail when starting manually with -Dsolr.solr.home .

        Fix attached. This issue does NOT affect schemaless example, as it already has paths correct.
