Description

A full-import or a delta-import with Solr 4.9 from Oracle Database generates the following error.

Caused by: java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection

Datasource is configured in data-config.xml
<dataSource name="jdbc" driver="oracle.jdbc.OracleDriver" url="jdbc:oracle:thin:@localhost:1521/ORCL" user="OE" password="OE"/>

Database is running.
