[SOLR-6242] onError configuration for an entity is not using by Data import handler.

Description

I am importing data using DIH and in data-import.xml i Initially i didn't specify explicitly the onError property to skip or continue then if any error happened solr was aborting the operation.

Then i changed Onerror="continue" and it worked as expected.

Issue is when remove the onerror="continue" it's not going to default option that is abort.it's still taking continue and if add explicitly also it's not picking up the abort as value.
