DB DIH-example not working

    Description

      The delta-import does not work at example-DIH, full-import is work though.
      Also, the field values do not put into "cat" field.
      I rewrote db-data-config.xml adding deltaImportQuery/pk attributes .
      Please confirm and commit a patch.
