[SOLR-4954] It should not be possible to delte last core in admin ui

Description

May it should not be possible to delete a core if only one core exists in the admin ui. If you delete the last core, solr of course throws an exception (cannot find solrconfig.xml). So I think it would be nice to disable the unload button in the web ui if only one core exists.
