Solrj doesn't return "between" count in range facets

      Description

      The current RangeFacet class exposes the "before" and "after" counts, however it doesn't expose the "between" count, which can be returned if facet.range.other includes "between" or is set to "all".

        Proposed fix. This makes the existing public constructors (that don't take a 'between' parameter) deprecated.
