We don't need this anymore - Zk moved to SLF4j in 3.4: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ZOOKEEPER-850

Since this jar causes nasty hard to diagnose problems if you ever get a log4j jar in the classpath and we have no current use for it, we should remove it.
