CoreAdminHandler fails when dataDir doesn't exist on local filesystem

    Description

      CoreAdminHandler.getIndexSize calls FileUtils.sizeOfDirectory which throws unhandled IllegalArgumentException when dataDir doesn't exist on the local filesystem. As a result the webapp gui "hangs" (never displays any result).
