      Description

      the last fake maven release to nuke.

      don't know how exactly yet: Chris is going through some process (LUCENE-3930)
      but this is all dependent and at the whim of an arbitrary company (Sonatype).

      We need a less ideal backup plan that doesn't involve a fake maven release.
