DocBuilder onImportError/Abort EventListener

      Description

      The onImportEnd EventListener only fires off after a successful import.

      It would be useful to know when an import fails via an onImportError/Abort EventListener.

        not sure why this has been marked fixed ... that status is used once patches have been applied (and closed it generally reserved for when a public release includes the feature/fix)
