Description

Let's simplify our code base by removing the deprecated methods from the various client builders.

I am hoping that there is a point in time that we can remove ALL the deprecated methods at once, so that users of SolrClients can move to the Builder pattern just once, and we can call it out big time in the release notes.

What are the specifics of removing deprecated methods? Where do we docuemnt that?
