Based on review for SOLR-15984 - https://github.com/apache/solr/pull/604#pullrequestreview-875015750

TestICUCollationFieldUDVAS.java in the analysis-extras module could probably use the new LogListener from SOLR-15807

This would remove the log4j dependency in analysis-extras.
