[SOLR-15812] Can't open collection files in Admin UI

Description

I can't open collection files in Admin UI using Solr 8.11

In the logging section I see the following errors from the RequestHandlerBase logger:

• org.apache.solr.common.SolrException: Requested content type 'application/json;charset=utf-8' is not supported.
• org.apache.solr.common.SolrException: Requested content type 'text/plain;charset=utf-8' is not supported.

I'm using an example configuration:

./bin/solr start -e cloud -noprompt
