[SOLR-15648] ManagedSchema#GetZkSchemaVersionCallable can get into a loop that wants to go on for 10 minutes before it cuts off.

Description

It's a balancing act improving tests at all - you go too far and you start having to deal with all the underlying issues. Doing my best to avoid that, but a test not even related to managed schema wanting to retry fruitlessly to contact a server that is never going to give in for 10 minutes is a little much.
