ExpandComponent and TermVectorComponent unnecessarily implement SolrCoreAware

    Description

      These search components both implement SolrCoreAware as a no-op and this is unnecessary I think and can be safely removed, in main branch for 9.0 onwards only in case such a change could be considered a breaking change e.g. w.r.t. custom components that extend the two components.
