[SOLR-15175] v2 delete collection doesn't support the async parameter

Description

The v2 version of the DELETE command doesn't support the `async` parameter that the v1 does.  

There are other v2 commands that support it, so I messed with the apispec .json files, but couldn't figure out how to extend them to add this as a supported parameter.
