Description

With managed-schema being rearranged by the API calls, it could be useful to be able to tag individual entries somehow to simplify review/analysis.

One use case is providing the tag during Schemaless/Learning field creation, so all definitions created during that run are tagged with date or version or some other - short - string. Then, this could be used to query config API to discover those changes.

Another, could be to tag all definitions together that are responsible for a particular feature or language.

The expectation is that tag will be short, not a full blown comment field (a different problem in managed schema).
