Description

dev-tools/scripts/SOLR-2452.patch.hack.pl is a script leftover from file system reorganization 9 years ago (SOLR-2452, Solr 3.4).

It is definitely not needed, especially as we try to clean up packages and it keeps showing up in path/component searches.
