[SOLR-14757] Statistics does not get refreshed for disk size and cpu consumption on click of refresh link

Description

Go to 

• Cloud -> Nodes (cloudapp.azure.com:8983/solr/#/~cloud?view=nodes)
  • Click on show all details
    • Keep the filters as default (do not select host/collection)
    • Click on refresh link near show all details check box
• Observation 1 (after clicking on refresh link)
  • It does update re-calculate disk usage per node. However, states for collection_shard_replica does gets refreshed
• Observation 2
  • CPU consumption never show the correct CPU utilization

 

I'm running solr cloud version 8_6 with 3 node on same windows machine. This is development machine/setup.
