[SOLR-14707] Solr Cell 8.6 gives NoSuchMethodError: UnicodeString.getExtendedRst() whereas 8.5.0 works fine

Description

Attached file sample gives NoSuchMethodError for UnicodeString.getExtendedRst() in Solr v8.6.0.

Previous version(s) of Solr 8.5.0 and 8.3.X can proceed this file fine with no error.

Also similar files can be processed fine as well, only this one gets this error.

I have checked source code of UnicodeString Class (Apache POI 4.1.1) and looks like method is present in place.

Exception stack-trace is attached as well.
