Description

SOLR-11217 broached this idea a couple years ago, but at that time we were hamstrung by an inability to support STEM notations in the PDF. That's gone now, so we can use the same magic I figured out back then to support it in the HTML version. This will in essence add MathJax.js to each page to convert the math notations on the fly.

The documentation for MinHash that's been languishing in SOLR-12879 relies on this support.
