[SOLR-14572] Ref Guide doesn't cover all SearchComponents on the Search Components page

Description

I went to https://lucene.apache.org/solr/guide/8_5/requesthandlers-and-searchcomponents-in-solrconfig.html to find details about the previously unknown to me ResponseLogComponent, and it wasn't listed. Poking around, I saw that two more SearchComponents, the PhrasesIdentificationComponent and RealTimeGetComponent aren't mentioned.

I'd like to add a new section to the page to add an inventory of Solr components that ship.
