      Description

      In this case, only a factory for the PersianNormalizationFilter (LUCENE-1628) is needed.

      But the stopwords are very important, many are not really words such as the plural ها
      So, an example showing how to load these from the jar file (similar to SOLR-1336) should do the trick.
