Nodes view in the admin UI shows _no_ information if one node is down.

    Description

      Create a 4 node cluster and create a 4x2 collection. Stop one of the nodes and hit the admin IU "nodes" link. There are a couple of big red banners saying that the node is unavailable, but none of the other nodes show any information. See attached screenshot.
