    Description

      The value of autoReplicaFailoverWaitAfterExpiration is used as the waitFor automatically when creating the .autoAddReplicas trigger. But changes made to `autoReplicaFailoverWaitAfterExpiration` in solr.xml afterwords is not reflected automatically in the autoAddReplicas autoscaling trigger configuration.
