[SOLR-10694] IteratorWriter and MapWriter interfaces should be supported by all response formats

Description

Initially written for streaming, the serialization of IteratorWriter and MapWriter objects are only implemented for JSON and javabin response writers. This is kinda trappy as I found in SOLR-10677.

All response writers should implement serialization of these two types.
