Description

Subscribe message may contain Content Message filter (Subscribe/Filter/MessageContent) which must be an XPath expression and the message must be delivered only if the payload content evaluates to True using that expression.
Current implementation fails to evaluate the payload correctly if the message content filter and payload Message use namespaces.
