            Description

            some impact from cxf 2.4.0
            With the unify of http/http-osgi/servlet transport, now cxf http-osgi transpot module is removed, all three transports merge into one module.

            Also with the improvement with cxf bus, we can remove most of cxf-extension-* import from the xml in our code/tests/examples.
