Add a getting started guide to the documentation

Goal is to introduce people to ServiceMix in a short document, something along the lines of...

• install and start servicemix
• use a few console commands
• install a feature (the web console?)
• deploy a Camel route and update it
• deploy another route that integrates with ActiveMQ
