[SMX4-405] advice that the user has also to change the sshPort in the file org.apache.servicemix.shell.cfg, if running ServiceMix in master/slave on the same host (like the jmx port)

The wiki page http://servicemix.apache.org/kernel/67-configuring-failover-deployments-available-in-110.html don't advice, that the user has also to change the sshPort in the file "org.apache.servicemix.shell.cfg", if both instances are running on the same host (is only adviced for the jmx port).
