Description

The README could be made clearer by making a few changes

• reword the summary
• more explanation about how the example works, the relevant files, etc.
• list the prerequisites for running the example
• describe how to change the code and redeploy (as with features you have to uninstall then install)
• refer to information about 'features' now in top-level example README
• remove mention of the addURLs since they are now included in the SMX features file
