Description

According to this post on the mailing list (http://servicemix.396122.n5.nabble.com/Servicemix-4-5-CXF-SAAJ-error-td5715851.html), there's a problem with the way the SAAJ specification is being provided for by Apache ServiceMix 4.5.0
