[SM-78] FTPPoller issues: done(exchange), handling paths and directories, client.completePendingCommand()

Description

1) processFile() doesn't call done(exchange).
2) FTPPoller doesn't seem to have any handling for directories.
3) FTPClient needs completePendingCommand() following retrieveFileStream().

Attached is a revised file which I believe deals better with these issues.
