Description

Opensaml 4.3.2 were released here https://build.shibboleth.net/maven/releases/org/opensaml.

They are not OSGi bundles.

The latest bundle which ServiceMix created for Opensaml was 4.0.1_2.

There is no OSGi bundle for Opensaml 4.3.2 currently. (which are widely used by CXF or other frameworks)
