[SM-3072] Specs build fails due to missing maven-japidiff-plugin

Description

The JAXB 2.0 and 2.1 specs use a maven-japidiff-plugin, which is no more available (the repository http://japidiff.googlecode.com/svn/m2-repo is down). The build fails with following error
