Switch to use slf4j as logger (instead of commons-logging)

      Description

      In order to align ServiceMix with other projects (such as ActiveMQ or Camel), we should refactore the logging facility to use slf4j in place of commons-logging.

          The slf4j usage will be implemented for ServiceMix 3.3.4 (after the 3.3.3 release).

          As we re-included the "old" components in smx3, slf4j should be used there in place of commons-logging. I'm update in that way.

          SMX3 now uses only SLF4J for logging (revision 1149721).
