Description

Some of our tutorials are showing the use of the JBI Maven plugin for SA deployment. While that is a viable solution, it's much more convenient to use hot-deployment most of the time.
I think it makes more sense for the tutorials to use hot-deployment, as it also avoids some of the dependency/version mismatch errors novice users might otherwise run into.
