[SLING-9912] ApiMojo is not checking out the right tag for source lookup

Description

The ApiMojo in the Sling Feature Maven Plugin needs to get the source for artifacts. If it can't get it from maven, it is trying to check it out from scm. However, if there is a tag given in the scm info it is right now ignoring that info due to a bug. It should not.
