Description

Verify often all bundles and all content packages (artifacts) need to be configured with exactly the same value of some metadata property, for example the start order (for a bundle or content package)
While this can be done in a feature model, it is very tidous to do - we could provide an option for the maven plugin which applies then to all bundles/artifacts metadata, unless that metadata is already set in the feature. This makes authoring features in a maven project easier
