Description

With https://github.com/apache/felix-dev/tree/master/cm.json we have a reusable module to handle json configuration resources - so far we are relying half on internal implementations from the Apache Felix Configurator and half self implemented methods.
By switching to the new module, we get a stable contract and do not need to implement anything ourselves anymore.
