[SLING-9353] Failure to install replication package not accounted for in metrics

Description

The problem is that all exception thrown by installPackage are caught in
ContentPackageExtractor.handle(...) method and turned into DistributionException.
However the code responsible for reporting replication failures is not set to catch DistributionException
