Description

The BundledScriptTracker registers a BundledScriptTracker.DispatcherServlet in order to dispatch a request to a resource with a non-versioned resource type to the servlet registered for the highest version of that type. However, the DispatcherServlet should not be registered at all if the original resource types are not versioned.
