Description

The artifact manager allows to be configured with a set of repository urls, this can be a local mvn cache, remote repositories or any server supporting the maven structure.
In some cases it is useful to leverage mvn to download artifacts: this can be done by first looking into the local mvn cache and then using mvn to download an artifact.
