[SLING-9038] Feature IO is reporting any artifact not found even if found in another repository

Description

When an artifact is not available in the first remote place the Artifact Manager is looking then it will through an File Not Found Exception and it will report that even though that can be found later in another repository.

The exception stacktrace should not printed and the log message should print the context that it is not a failure but just a try to find and on trace level.
