Jackson Sling Model Exporter for application/xml needs correct character encoding

    Description

      Incorrect Character encoding was identified in the below issue

      https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SLING-7344

      and the fix was provided only for application/json Content-type.

      This issue needs to be fixed even for application/xml type  

       

      Currently, this is being set to iso-8859-1, which would be problem with Special Characters.
