[SLING-8350] Switch the Sling starter to the feature model

Description

This is pretty straightforward, but we also need to have a way of generating the jar and war files.

 

Both the Sling Starter as well as the Sling Starter Maven plugin we recreated as Kickstart projects supporting Feature Models. The support for WAR files will be dropped with them.
