[HTL] Redirect user to login form in REPL if the user is not already authenticated

    Description

      Due to the changes from SLING-6130 the /htl folder is now protected, since the everyone access has been removed. Therefore, a not yet authenticated user should be redirected to the authentication form when trying to access /htl/repl.html.
